Hi, I’m Rose.

I’m an Asheville-based photographer and filmmaker with a BFA in Documentary Film Production from Emerson College and over eight years of experience working in television and documentary production.
My career began behind the scenes as a Producer, where I helped tell stories through visual narratives. Along the way, I discovered that what I love most is capturing authentic moments—the small details, genuine emotions, and fleeting experiences that make people and places unique.
Photography allows me to slow down and connect with the world around me. Whether I’m photographing a family gathering, a special event, a portrait session, or the mountains of Western North Carolina, my goal is always the same: to create images that feel honest, timeless, and full of life.
Living in Asheville inspires much of my work. The natural beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, the creative energy of the community, and the fascinating people who call this place home continually fuel my passion for storytelling. Many of my personal projects explore the intersection of nature, community, and everyday life.
When you work with me, you can expect a relaxed, collaborative experience. I believe the best photographs happen when people feel comfortable being themselves.
Thank you for stopping by. I’d love to help tell your story.
